Two new offerings on my health consulting and education services:

HEALTH ASSURANCE PLANS 

Schedule a 30 minute phone date with me, share your medical story with me in that 30 minutes and receive a detailed expensive health assurance plan for your wellness 24 hours later. Your personalized plan will include: 

–a screenshot of visual written notes

– more linear outline of what was discussed in that 30 minute session 

–a personal 5 to 10 minute guided visualization using suggestology as a framework for the recording 

–a turbo tarot reading folded in (one card from the Caroline Myss archetype deck)

This is a “one shot ought to do you for a few years” type of an offering

SHORT TERM CRISIS INTERVENTION COACHING/ COUNSELING 

As a family physician, I received training in crisis intervention counseling to be delivered to clients in an efficient model over six sessions; each no longer than an hour. 

I have found this model very useful as a wraparound for ANY MEDICAL PROCEDURE OR SURGERY (2 ZOOM conversations before the event/4 afterwards spaced a week apart).

This can be an extremely useful skill to cultivate; the ability to identify a specific issue, then to address it placing a beginning, middle and end on the “therapy”.
